THANK YOU 🤝 to Mr. Jason Mayberry of Texas County Memorial Hospital for giving a presentation to Ms. Lindsey Vermillion’s high school health classes on the warning signs of strokes and the procedures the hospital performs when a stroke patient comes into the emergency room. He also talked about the different parts of the brain and the functions of those parts.
We appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our students and partnering with the school district!
HHS Volleyball says farewell to its seniors with a victory!
Houston's Cross Country Team earned 15 medals 🏅 and received eight all-conference honors at Monday's SCA race in Willow Springs. Kristen Ely led the way with a fifth-place finish to earn first team honors. Jake Allen, Warren Hinkle, Aiden Kelly and Summer Bittle achieved second team honors. Jack Sawyer, Natalie Clinton and Allie Benoist were honorable mention.
It's the final home match for the our HHS Volleyball seniors. The varsity will play first tonight. 🐯 🏐

Texas County Prosecutor Parke Stevens was the guest speaker Monday in Mrs. Mandy Adey’s eighth grade Careers class. He shared about his career as a prosecutor, law school, military experience, and the importance of your future career and setting goals.
We appreciate him taking the time out of his day to share with our students.

This day, TNT West (against the wall) squared off 🆚 TNT East (foreground) in "Pass the Hula Hoop." The West won and will be awarded Rice Krispy Treats 😋 in their TNT this week.

#FeatureFriday - We have a brand new reserved parking spot on campus! Located in front of the high school, the location is for each HHS Student of the Month during the year. Our inaugural recipient of the reserved parking spot is HHS senior Cali Smith.
Friday night's HHS Football game is a 💓PINK OUT 💓 All fans are encouraged to wear pink to Tiger Stadium.
Also at the game, Mighty Mites will be introduced at 6:30 p.m. and will run out with the high school football team. At halftime, participants from the Little Tiger Football Cheer Camp will perform three cheers and the fight song with the high school cheerleaders.
